Connectivity
  • Internet
    We are connected to internet in a dedicated 2 mbps E1 Line on SMW4 Trans-Atlantic pipeline which ensure our data and voice take a shortest route to reach the US. This facilitates increased data transfer rates and high performance in scenarios where site-site VPN is required for our clients.
  • VOIP
    Our VOIP system is integrated with a high end PBX phone system to handle calls effectively. A dedicated internet leased line of 1 MBPS is used for this system to ensure higher voice quality and availability. All developer workstations have access to VOIP system so our clients can reach our developers/analysts at any time during scheduled work hours.
  • Network
    We have a gigabit speed switched network with CISCO PIX firewall and routers. Our network is configured with V-LANs to protect isolation and security among subnets.
  • Systems
    We have high end servers for development, database, QA, and production. We provide latest work stations to our software engineers with all necessary licensed software and applications. All these servers and machines are protected from outside world by our Firewall, Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition, and individual windows firewall. We have a dedicated system administrator with experience to take care of data backup, server and system maintenance.
